I personally had no passion for the culture but I never minded coming into work because the work load was never too heavy in addition to people were always understanding and nice. Cons hard to progress either be a mate, or do the same job everyday. They are flexible with their scheduling so you can still have a life outside of work. It can vary from store to store. This company has wonderful benefits, and the people you will work with are great. It's fast paced and there is always something to keep you busy. If you are someone who gets overwhelmed easily, with noise, or lots of people, this is not the job for you.
