Down again this evening. Why so unreliable? You don't even give us notice because it's all lies. You're quick to disconnect someone's service when they don't pay and even quicker when they pay on time. Usually Spectrum employees have horrible customer service but today I was able to speak to someone very nice.

People that work for GetSpectrum must really hate their lives. Worst service ever. They do not have an ETA for the fix to be in. But, they are willing to actually admit things.

They want me to pay the HOA, which I have to deal with my sister, who's refusing the service. I'm getting nuts! Now they removed some of the channels and replaced it with the channels I didn't wanted to pay You should never do an end run around your loyal customers, giving us the shaft and forcing us to take service we don't need.

No contracts and no ethics either. The issue was fixed yesterday. My internet connection is so bad and the TV freezes. Don't tell me is on my end! It was corrected yesterday! Why is that? We've been dealing with multiple service outage in the last 2 weeks! The channel is no longer showing on the lineup grid as it was removed and I pay for as part of Spanish tier.
