They have a cool machine that takes an image of your foot pattern with the areas that have the most weight. But these 5 stars are really for Caesar, who was super friendly, informative and just a delight to talk to. I'll be returning! Sales team brought out multiple shoes for me to try. Protect your feet! Shop at Footwear etc! I needed some soft orthotics and someone helped me right away and I received excellent customer service. I will definitely go there again. I would recommend them to anyone. I first went to an upscale trendy place on Chestnut Street that advertised that they sell Brooks. Alas, no wide widths. They were kind enough to send me around the corner to Footwear etc. With expert help, I was able to find two pair of shoes that fit, not so easy, and had an enjoyable time to boot.
